Canada shipping

Free standard shipping in Canada on any two individual candles or orders of CA$75+.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and Canadian public holidays.

Standard delivery within Canada typically takes 5–8 business days.

United States shipping

Orders shipped to the United States are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays.

Standard delivery within the United States typically takes 6–10 business days after processing.

Customs clearance, carrier capacity, and other cross-border delays may affect delivery estimates.

Shipping fees and delivery estimates

Estimated delivery times are provided by carriers. Delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, remote-area service limitations, or other circumstances beyond our control do not qualify for immediate refunds or cancellations.

If a shipment is refused or returned to sender, a refund may be issued minus shipping and return-to-sender fees, where applicable.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination. Shipping surcharges may apply to certain items and are independent of free shipping thresholds.
